We had Iron Horse Plumbing and Air out for our routine maintenance visit today, and Jonathan N. was fantastic. We have their maintenance program where they come out three times a year to check both our plumbing and HVAC systems, and he was incredibly thorough from start to finish. Jonathan walked me through everything he inspected and explained all of his findings in a clear, helpful way so I understood what was important for the health and longevity of our systems. We had an emergency situation. Jorge showed up within just a few hours - I was pleasantly surprised. He assessed the situation thoroughly. He took his time. He explained the issues in detail, so that I could mansplain to my wife when she got home from work. He helped me complete another item on my honey do list. We had the opportunity to work with two different technicians from Iron Horse Plumbing & Air today. Ryan did a great job helping us replace our water softener and draining our water heater. Jonathan swapped out our A/C thermostat and added surge protection for our compressor. Both gentlemen provided great service. The office staff was also excellent at scheduling and communicating about the upcoming appointment. Highly recommend!

She was professional, yet warm and friendly, and showed she genuinely cared, making the whole process stress free. Our home in Surprise, Arizona had a mystery leak, and our water meter was showing unusually high usage, leading to a huge water bill. The technician arrived promptly, wore booties inside, and treated our home with respect.
